Standing on the edge of a world
liking the feeling of your
toes dangling off the edge
Puts me on edge
to watch,
but what
a leap you are about to take.
Leaping into a world of your own making...
Leaves me aching
that edge came too quick
the end is too much in sight
even when and if I fight
there you stand on the edge...
on the edge of my world waiting to make
your own life of listening to yourself
O help
That edge
that leap
that end
feels deeply
empty of me
